    "content": "Finally, this Supplementary Budget is trying to address security. It is key for anything that we are doing. Life can be very difficult without it. The Supplementary Estimates will control this and help to cushion the insecurity problems that we face. That makes me feel that this particular Supplementary Budget is very useful. It needs the support of all of us. I am one of those who support it. I congratulate the Budget and Appropriations Committee for considering these Supplementary Estimates favourably. I also extend my congratulations to the other committees whose efforts have given rise to the Supplementary Estimates that we are discussing now."
