    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the rejection of these draft regulations which were submitted by the IEBC. The IEBC has enough time to go through some of these regulations, particularly those relating to technology. Kenyans have learnt so much on technology that changes can be made any time. So, the IEBC needs to start working on these changes on time to avoid any loopholes that might create problems during election time. I support the Committee for rejecting this because of the timeline."
