    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I thank the Committee led by Sen. Madzayo for that Report. I know there are many petitions pending before Committees. Unfortunately, the term of this Parliament may lapse before they are tabled back. I appreciate the industry of the Committee. Article 26 of Constitution says that life begins at conception. Any woman who miscarries or experiences a stillbirth, should be treated the same way as the women who experience live births.
