    "content": "This Senate, being the Upper House, should be on the forefront in ensuring that this country has a positive national ethos, which includes issues of integrity, anti- corruption and ensuring that we do not have negative ethnicity in this country. This Senate can lead in approaching national issues in a bi-partisan manner in the same way the First Senate was approaching these types of issues to the extent of coming up with amendments for the Constitution."
