    "content": "Firstly, Madam Deputy Speaker, the Speaker himself was of great encouragement to me on a personal level. He encouraged me to rise to the occasion and to put forward--- in fact, he is the one who suggested to me about the Alternative Dispute Resolution Bill which he felt I should champion, being a practitioner of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the country.
