    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was acknowledging the fact that the Minister has stated in Parliament today that one of the measures the Ministry is taking to reduce cattle rustling is to put up more police posts. While I appreciate that he has given us personnel where we have constructed police posts using Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), I want to know from the Minister what policies he has put in place to ensure that such police posts are taken over and supplemented in terms of houses for the police to stay."
