I just resumed my seat to allow Members to come in. The Member for Nairobi does not want to sit. Members who are coming late, I wish to remind you, because I believe you may not know. I am sure that Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi will recall the old days in the villages, when people would choose whom to “close” school with.
