    "content": "To Kenyans, the rate of turnover is alarming. The Members who are deselected in all positions in Kenya are at 70 per cent. Hon. Speaker, that has a toll on development because there is no continuity. The rate of turnover in the developed world is about two to five per cent but in Kenya it is at 70 per cent. We need to embark on some research and understand why there is this high turnover rate. I am sure Kenyans have by now learnt that re-electing their Members of Parliament, governors and Senators has more value. Hon. Speaker, I wish you the best in the next life, whether you will be here or elsewhere. Thank you so much."
