    "content": "I also want to acknowledge the Bill that has just been passed, on equitable share of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund for us. As one Member said here, we have suffered because Ndhiwa is three constituencies in one but we were getting funds at par with others. We have 240 schools while others have 40 schools and we have to look at all those."
