    "content": "They will be kept in the custody of the Clerk for a period of six months and thereafter be destroyed. Standing Order No.12 now applies on the swearing in of the Speaker. It says – “Immediately following the election of the Speaker, the Clerk shall administer the oath or affirmation of office to the Speaker in the presence of the assembled Senate.” I will now proceed to direct that the Serjeant-at-Arms proceeds forth and finds the said Amason Jeffah Kingi and brings him to the Chamber, where upon we shall administer the oath to him."
