    "content": "With regard to the Senate and its constitutional mandate, I believe that the two Houses should work together to set up the Senate Oversight Fund. This will be used to provide oversight of the millions of resources that are sent to counties. Hon. Members, the people of Kenya rightly expect much of us; we have our work cut out. This is our chance to achieve real change by working together to make Kenya a land of equal opportunity for all, where every Kenyan is proud to call home. Let us all play our part in the service of our employers, the people of Kenya. Going into the future, I will be making other statements. Today, I will make my Statement short. May the good Lord bless you and the great people of Kenya. Thank you."
