    "content": "Hon. Members, I recognise leadership from the County Assembly of Baringo seated in the Speakers Gallery. The delegation comprises the following: 1. Hon. Vincent Kemboi – Speaker and leader of delegation; 2. Hon. Kipruto Kimosop – Deputy Speaker; 3. Hon. Lawi Taalam – Leader of the Majority Party; 4. Hon. Daniel Tuwit – Leader of the Minority Party; 5. Hon Josephat Rokorio – Deputy Leader of the Majority Party; 6. Hon. Paul Lolgisoi – Deputy Leader of the Minority Party; 7. Hon. Earnest Kibet – Majority Whip; 8. Hon. Maria Losile – Minority Whip; 9. Hon. Purity Taalam – Deputy Majority Whip; and, 10. Hon. Solomon Makal – Deputy Minority Whip. The delegation is accompanied by the Clerk of the Assembly, Ms. Winnie Chemase and three staff members. Hon. Members, the delegation has been attending a capacity building programme offered by the Centre for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST) that runs from 28th November until 2nd December 2022 at the CPST, Karen Campus, Nairobi. On my own behalf and that of the National Assembly, I welcome them to the National Assembly and wish them fruitful engagement during the course of their programme. I thank you. Hon.
