"content": "people have been misusing these instruments by coming up with rules and regulations that are affecting the citizens and the whole country without necessarily passing through the House that is supposed to come up with laws in this country. This is the only House that is mandated to come up with laws. It has been a problem and especially when the Central Bank of Kenya came up with the rules where they were saying that you cannot withdraw more than Ksh1 million, or when you are depositing even a Ksh1 million or Ksh2 million, you are asked so many questions which are unnecessary. This will put a stop to such and will never be used again. This should be the only House that passes laws."
