    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, all this has happened because we want the children of Kenya who are the beneficiaries of school fees which is going to be given out in January to go to school. We, therefore, as Members go for recess from tomorrow, they should ask their committees and fund managers to do the necessary arrangements so that we have good organisation in the constituencies. Although they are not participating, they are the fathers of the constituencies."
