    "content": "To put more light into it, five counties were to benefit from the conditional grant from the national Government, in regard to building their headquarters. Tharaka-Nithi is part of the five counties. Unfortunately, in the allocation of the said money and with the rationalisation of the budget as we are doing, only Tharaka-Nithi was affected up to nil. Therefore, we thought it was good for all the counties to share the available resources equally because they had made a lot of progress in terms of construction."
