Many farmers have lost a lot of their livestock, but I do not see any Government effort to cushion them. Long time ago the Government used to buy cows during the drought period, kept the money for the farmers and the farmers restocked when it rained. This Policy should be wholesome and address issues of livestock and fishing so that every Kenyan feel catered for."
