    "content": "I will make a radical proposal. All the nine counties have Senators representing them here. It is important that the nine Senators or the nine counties rise up. There is a tendency in this country where anything affecting the marginalized areas of this country do not receive the attention of the Government. When you talk of the drought that is currently going on in the country, you will find that the same counties are the ones that are affected. All we do is call for donor support from other countries, which is okay, but we do not think of a permanent solution."
