Franklin Mithika Linturi, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development regarding the planned importation of 900,000 metric tonnes. I will read it as it is. It was addressed to the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock. I think the Cabinet Secretary thought the response should go to the Chair of the Departmental Committee, and not to the Leader of the Majority Party. The Statement was sought by the Member for Pokot South, Hon. David Pkosing."
