As for the Calendar of this House, we are a bit busy on several issues affecting Kenyans, and that is why we could not make it at the appropriate time. The Budget and Appropriations Committee was meeting at that time to consider several issues. Hon. Speaker, I beg to lay the following Paper on the Table of the House: Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on its consideration of the County Governments Additional Allocations (No.2) Senate Bill No.4 of 2022."
