    "content": "There is something important in relation to the matter Hon. Pkosing has raised. There was a question last week by Hon. Gichimu, which I am trying to see if I can get from last week’s Order Papers, which relates to the matter being addressed by that Report. I am certain that Hon. Pkosing was not in the House when that Question was asked. It relates to the matter at hand. That is why I requested Hon. Speaker to have that Report before. This is not a financial matter, but a policy issue. The PIC does not deal with any policy issues in relation to State corporations. Policy matters should be dealt with by the departmental committees.
