    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ is my good friend and he knows that I have a lot of respect for him. He should not get angry with me for rising on a point of order. Is it in order for Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ to have missed the meeting of the House Business Committee where we discussed some of these issues? If he was in the meeting of the House Business Committee, he would have known the urgent matters that are likely to come on Thursday morning. He would not be belabouring this point. He would have supported it. He is belabouring this point due to lack of information - I do not want to use the word “delusion”. I just want to appeal to him that we discussed these matters in the House Business Committee. Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ and I were good Members of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I do not intend to mislead him in any way. We have serious business to consider on Thursday."
