Why do you not give Kenyans even a loan or a fund that has an interest of 1 per cent, if they are serious about helping Kenyans? Why can you not make the interest 1 per cent if you want to change the lives of Kenyans? Why 8 per cent? In the first place, Kenyans were expecting free money. They were expecting monies that they can be given so that they can improve their lives. Now, we have decided to say it is money that is supposed to be repaid with interest. Why can you not reduce the interest to 1 per cent if you are serious about helping Kenyans?"
