    "content": "Lastly, the first thing I expected from the Kenya Kwanza Government was the cancellation of the Managed Equipment Services (MES). I am wondering why it has taken too long. Hon. Ichung’wah should tell us. I thought that that was the first Executive Order; and that the matter was illegal, immoral and unacceptable. I am wondering why it still exists in our books. That thing should be cancelled once and for all and be taken back to the counties to buy their equipment. Health is a devolved function; you cannot buy equipment for them here in Afya House. The MES in itself is a mess and must be cancelled. Tell Hon. Ichung’wah I have sent you to the President. I want him to cancel it."
