Temporary Speaker, there is need to protect Kenya internet consumers who find themselves exploited because of the expiry of data bundles before they can be depleted and the deliberate reduced internet speeds. Forcing expiry dates on subscribers only benefits internet service providers and has a negative impact on efforts to promote digital adoption in the country.
