"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also add my voice to the Statement that has been brought to the Floor of the House by the Member for Kamukunji. I want to appreciate him because this Statement has come at the right time. I have heard Members speak about the youths but all of us are victims of the bad services from Safaricom. Members have only talked about bundles but I also want to speak about the Okoa Jahazi . When you request Ksh500 from the provider, they give you Ksh450.
