    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It is a bit difficult to speak after my brother has given us such an in-depth analysis. I was introduced to this term, biopiracy, yesterday. I did not know it existed. My greatest concern upon learning of the export of trees was the fact that nobody appears to be in charge. It is very saddening. When you hear the CS speak, you will realise that she also does not understand how the entire thing was arranged and done. We urge the Government to take charge. Kenyans want to be sure there is somebody at the wheel. That is all we are asking. My brothers from the Majority Side should tell the President, when they see him, that Kenyans want the communication that somebody is in charge."
