    "content": "I rise pursuant to Standing Order 53(1)(6), a Statement from the Standing Committee on Education regarding the non-payment of salaries and allowances to tutorial fellows by the University of Bomet in Bomet County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Explain why the University administration removed tutorial fellows from the University payroll and stopped their salaries, allowances and other entitlements despite their approval by the University Council. (2) State when they will be reinstated to the payroll."
