    "content": "I have engaged with this issue as a leader of a political party. We have seen it from the prism of both the economic and political life. We have felt that this particular weapon of IDs has been used to regulate the number of people in the register of voters. In the border counties of Western Kenya like Busia, there are women who have been married for years and who do not have ID cards and depend on their husbands’ ID cards."
