    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what does that translate to? It means we must jealously protect that source through incentives and visiting days, the way we used to be visited in school. I expect the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Affairs to organize visiting days to some of these regions. The purpose of the visits would be to encourage and listen to the grievances of Kenyans in the diaspora. This is our best revenue source and we must protect it jealously."
