    "content": "As some colleagues who spoke before me have said, the Petition is supposed to cure what they call the winner takes all. You will see that what we are calling the winner takes all was only addressing the top-class politicians. What about those who were running for the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) seats? The second runner up in MCAs, Members of Parliament, Woman Representatives and governor’s races? What are they going to benefit? What are they going to get if we are talking about only creating a position of a Prime Minister and the Leader of Opposition at the national level?
