"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. While addressing this matter of altering the Constitution at the moment, the Petition is well- thought out, but definitely the timing is not right. The position of a Prime Minister is adequately addressed by the position of a Prime Cabinet Secretary at the moment. The positions of the Leader of the Minority Party and the Deputy Leader of the Minority Party adequately address the issue of the Leader of Opposition. I call upon the country and Members of Parliament in the Kenya Kwanza side to remember that some other time, we shall not be in the Government.
