    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. From the outset, I support the Petition. The Petitioner should be given an opportunity to say what they want about the Petition. We should not be in denial. We have had the Constitution for the last 12 years. Amending the Constitution is the right of Kenyans. There is nothing wrong with coming up with this office so that we can have better checks on our Government, so that better strategies and policies are put in place through having the Office of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. I support the Petition."
