    "content": "The first Communication I am going to make is that there is a visiting delegation from the United Republic of Tanzania. I wish to introduce to you a delegation of officials from the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania, Ministry of Finance and Planning and the Office of the Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania. They are seated in the Speakers’ Row. The delegation comprises of: 1. Mr. Laiton Ernest, Senior Economist of the Ministry of Finance and Planning. He is also the leader of the delegation. 2. Mrs. Maria Mdulugu, Principal Legal Officer in the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania. 3. Mr. Forwahed Budoga, Principal Economist in the Office of the Prime Minister. 4. Mrs. Nehema Mwakitalima, Principal Legal Officer in the Ministry of Finance and Planning. Hon. Members, the delegation is in the country on a benchmarking visit to learn the technical aspects and good practices involved in preparation and processing of the Finance Bill. On my own behalf and that of the House, I welcome them to the National Assembly and wish them fruitful engagements during their stay in the country. Welcome to our country."
