"content": "Hon. Members, Hon. Wanyonyi will lead the network’s engagement with the CPA Executive Committee, the CPA Headquarters Secretariat and liaise with Commonwealth Parliaments on behalf of the network. On behalf of all Members and, indeed, on my own behalf, I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate Hon. Timothy Wanyonyi Wetang’ula, following his election and wish him the best as he takes up his new role. On my part as the Co-President of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Kenya Branch, I reassure him of my commitment to supporting him and the activities of his new office. Congratulations once again, Hon. Wanyonyi. We wish you well as you fly the Kenyan flag high not only within the region, but also across the Commonwealth. Hon. Members, as you will realise, I am reading this on behalf of the Speaker. When I say I, it means the Speaker. Thank you. Hon. Members, the final Communication I want to make is that seated in the Public Gallery this afternoon are students from New Riverstar Secondary School, Embakasi Constituency, Nairobi County. I wish to welcome them to the august House. Also, students from Chewoyet High School, Kapenguria Constituency, West Pokot County . Kapenguria has a special place in the hearts of Kenyans because it is where the first Prime Minister of this Republic was incarcerated for many years with a good number of freedom fighters including the late Achieng Oneko. All of them have since passed on. I wish to welcome them to the House. Thank you very much. Next Order!"
