    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I second this Motion by saying that Kenyans are very unique. They will always kill a very good thing that they started themselves. We have seen and I have seen it in Parliament, many countries, parliaments and treasuries across the continent coming to Kenya to learn how the CDF works. Many countries have now adopted the CDF concept and model and yet, Kenyans are very busy killing it.
