    "content": "Baringo County, UDA): Hon. Temporary Speaker, I stand guided. I have spoken about lack of proper utilisation in some areas and I stand guided. As I said, there is utilisation in other areas but, I stand guided on that one. Going forward, for sure the NG-CDF has done its bit. I have seen projects coming up. However, even as we fight for the NG-CDF to come back together with the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NG-AAF), we will be appreciative if society understands that the NG-CDF is as important as any other part of Government.
