    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am suggesting that you take up this matter. Public universities are dying and we are going to lament. That is my suggestion. We did it one time. If you remember, there was a problem with the budget during the 12th Parliament. What happened? The Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee organised a kamukunji. He brought the Cabinet Secretary for Finance to this House and we ironed out the issues. We can even have a kamukunji about the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF).
