    "content": "is a low-hanging fruit. Let us remove all the public students who are in private institutions immediately because we are enriching private entrepreneurship. What are the dangers of privatisation of education? According to Article 53(b)(i), education is a public good for public consumption. Therefore, its funding should be coming from the Government. The Government should not take its money to private institutions. That is where we are. I will leave it at that, but I ask the Committee to holistically look into the matter of funding universities so that we can save our public universities before they collapse."
