    "content": "I support this Motion to enforce Article 68(c)(i) of the Constitution of Kenya, Section 159 of the Land Act, 2012 and the National Land Policy, as has been clearly set out. Those pieces of legislation have regulations that are supposed to be implemented and enforced by the Government to ensure that Kenyans benefit from their land. With those remarks, I support."
