    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, I want to briefly contribute on this Motion and appreciate Hon. Wanyonyi for coming up with it since it is very important especially now when we are talking about food insecurity in this country which is as a result of drought in our land. In our country, the issue of land is sensitive and emotive. From 1963 up to date, we have been talking about land without title deeds yet is almost 60 years since we got Independence.
