    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to oppose this Motion. I can see my friend Hon. Wanyonyi is looking at me badly. I come from a community where we own large chunks of land which is not idle. If I sit in this House and allow this law to pass, I will not be doing the right thing as a representative of the people of Narok County and pastoralists who own many acres of land."
