"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I rise to support the Motion by Hon. Wanyonyi. Where I come from in Sabatia, people own very small pieces of land, but we are good farmers. We want to ask our friends in Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu and Laikipia, who own land that is lying idle, to allow us to lease those pieces of land for us to continue doing our farming to assist areas hit by famine. One way of dealing with land fragmentation is to consolidate existing land records through digitisation at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development for us to be safe in this country. Thank you."
