    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I thank Hon. Wanyonyi for this Motion. I want to support it with some amendments. Hon. Temporary Speaker, there are people who own thousands of acres of land. Some of them used bank facilities while others worked very hard to acquire those parcels of land. They used their own resources. So, we need to talk and support those amendments so that those who have their parcels of land they can be protected. The Government needs to utilise the public land for irrigation.
