    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I also rise to support the Motion by Hon. Wanyonyi by saying that this country does not lack legislation and policy on land issues on the maximum and minimum land that one should own and make use of. In Kiambu for example, we have seen very rich agricultural land being subdivided and fragmented into a point where this country is talking about hunger. I think we just need to implement and enforce the policies and the laws so that we are in position to continue feeding ourselves. On idle tracts of land, I also support that we need to lease it out so that people can make use of it. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
