    "content": "I continue swimming because when I swim, I forget that I am blind. In the water, when I am just myself, with no noise, and no obstacles in my way, when I swim, I feel free. That is the same sentiment that many people with disabilities go through. It is a way for us to express ourselves and escape the barriers that we have to face in the built environment. I wish that everyone who is listening to this Statement would consider sports for the disabled as well I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
