    "content": "I think the Cabinet Secretary for Trade Investment and Industry has been misled by cartels who have been in existence for a while in this country that farmers in maize producing counties are hoarding maize at the expense of Kenyans suffering from hunger. The farmers are not hoarding maize. In fact, we are in harvesting season. As the maize is being harvested, it is being sold to traders who are distributing across the country."
