    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of food security is very critical. It is an issue that the Government needs to put emphasis on. However, as they do so, food security cannot be substituted by interfering with the health conditions of our people. Yesterday, we had a Motion of Adjournment on the issue of GMOs. This should go on record; the GMOs will not solve the food security problem in this country."
