For us in the Azimio coalition we had proposed that we need a broad analysis of all the costs that go into producing any crop to try and see if we can manufacture some of the inputs locally to make them cheaper and more available to the farmers. We talked about investing in locally made mechanization whether it is tractors or jembes."
