    "content": "As we continue contributing, I want to bring to our attention one of the things we should be oversighting. We should oversight how well the devolved governance in the Constitution has been achieved. Everybody is complaining about the cereals board not doing what it is supposed to do. The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) should be an intergovernmental entity. One of the things we need to do is to ask for the restructuring of that entity in order to have a conversation on food security that brings both actors at the national and county levels to address the issue of food reserves in this country."
