    "content": "What is our trend from farming right up to production, storage, marketing and sales? How do we handle those sequence of events? I like the proposals that have been brought forth by Sen. Gataya Mo Fire. In these propositions, we must be able, as a people, to now allow this function to be fully devolved; supported fully by the national Government, but devolved to the county governments. It should not stop at the level of the county, but cascaded down to the ward level, homesteads and households by engaging the citizens to be part of the solution in that food security."
